Wow! Look what’s next door! My new listing overlooks the historic Cavalier hotel, nicknamed “Aristocrat of the Virginia Seashore”. Celebrities and presidents have stayed here and it is my favorite hotel of all the hotels at the ocean front. How lucky for the new home owner, to have these incredible views from almost every room.
John Mamoudis built and designed this home. He is a local builder and also enjoys living here in the North End. When I first saw this home I fell in love with the openness, warmth, unique colors and appointments he uses. I don’t think there is quite another home like it the North End. The kitchen is awesome! An oversized unique island is the main focus in the chefs kitchen. I’m an advid cook so one of my favorite features is the pot filler and the five burner gas cook top. The master suite another beautiful area is located on its own floor with an incredible closet, I know I would have no problem filling. One more thing to mention… is the gorgeous yard and views…I feel like I’m back in time when I am sitting on the porch waiting for my open house guests to arrive. Peeking though a 100-year-old live oak that swallows up the majority of the front yard you see the picture perfect grounds of the Cavalier Hotel.
